XIROPOTAMOS WHITE

White Dry Wine made of the white variety of Roditis.

Its colour is crystal yellowgreen and its fregrants reveal the quality of the variety which is vinified in low temperatures.

The sweet-smeellings of the skin contact are perfectly tied up with those of cool fermentation creating a complex aromatic bouquet.

As for its flavour it is absolutely balanced with an acidity which perfectly manages to support all its aromas throughout   the tasting experience.
